Amending my booking

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your booking.

Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed break, you must notify us as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavour to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such requests. Please note, in the event of an amendment, we will need to speak with the lead name on the booking.

Please be aware amendments may incur additional charges. All amendments must be made through our Guest Experience Team. If you would prefer to call a local rate number you will find one at the bottom of your booking confirmation.

Please note that we are unable to make alterations or amendments within 36 hours of ticket entrance date or within 36 hours of the hotel stay.

For Guests who are due to stay up until the 25th April 2020:

For guests with short breaks arriving up to and including 25th April 2020, we have relaxed our usual terms and conditions so you can now reschedule your break to another date in the 2020 season with no additional cost*

Please login to Manage My Booking and complete our amendment form including your booking reference and the preferred date you would like to rearrange your booking to. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible. We look forward to welcoming you to Alton Towers Resort soon. Thank you for your patience.

  • *Subject to availability, please provide 3 alternative dates in order of preference, dates are allocated on a first come first serve basis. 
  • Please note- if you have booked a partner Hotel (an offsite hotel) most will honour the price you booked at, however, there are a small number which cannot, we will let you know based on the dates you choose.
