I would like to amend my Castle entry date:
- For Castle entry date amendments please visit our 'Amending Ticket' section.
I would like to add on extras to my booking:
- You can add extras, view your confirmation and see your short break booking details by visiting 'Manage My Booking'
Knight's Village and Tower Suites lead name change:
- If you are staying in one of our Resort Hotels and need to change the lead name on the booking, this can be simply done via visiting Manage My Booking
- Simply log in to Manage My Booking. You will then be able to click onto Edit next to Lead Name and update the details to the lead name checking in. Once this change has been made, we will send you a new Booking Confirmation within a few minutes to show the change.
Nearby partner hotel changes:
- If you are staying in one of our nearby partner hotels and need to make a change to your booking, please contact our Guest Experience team for assistance.
I'm looking to amend my stay date, number of guests or something else:
- To amend your stay date, the number of guests or another part of your booking please contact our Guest Experience Team who will be able to look into the options available.
- Please be aware amendments may incur additional charges and you will be informed of these before making any confirmed changes to your break.
