Coronavirus (Covid-19) – Guest Information

The health and safety of our guests and staff is our absolute priority, so as a precaution, Warwick Castle will be closed until further notice due to Covid-19. 

Further to recent updates from the Government on the response to the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak, we have taken the very difficult decision to close Warwick Castle and Knight’s Village as a precautionary measure from Friday 20th March at 4pm, until further notice. While we always look forward to welcoming visitors, we believe that this decision is the right thing to protect the health and wellbeing of our employees and guests.

We are in contact with the relevant authorities and will work to reopen the attraction to guests as soon as it’s appropriate to do so. If your booking is affected, you can amend your booking to a later date within the 2020 season for no additional cost.*

For guests with short breaks arriving up to and including 25th April 2020, we have relaxed our usual terms and conditions so you can now reschedule your break to another date in the 2020 season with no additional cost*

  • *Subject to availability, please provide 3 alternative dates in order of preference, dates are allocated on a first come first serve basis. 

  • Please note- if you have booked a partner Hotel (an offsite hotel) most will honour the price you booked at, however, there are a small number which cannot, we will let you know based on the dates you choose.

We anticipate high call volumes over the next few days, so if you want to make a booking the quickest and best way to do that is to visit our website or if you have questions about an existing booking you can visit our Help Centre for all the up to date information. We are prioritising guests who will be arriving at our Resorts in the next few weeks. If you still wish to speak to our Guest Experience Team you may experience long wait times.
