Coronavirus (Covid-19) – Guest Information

We're getting ready to welcome you back:
We are reopening our Grounds & Gardens on 6th June in line with Government guidance. Our Knight's Village accommodation currently remains closed, but we expect to be able to fully reopen Warwick Castle on the 4th July 2020 in line with current Government guidance.

To ensure we keep everyone safe, tickets will need to be pre-booked online here. This includes Merlin and Warwick Castle Pass holders.

When will Warwick Castle reopen? 

Warwick Castle is due to re-open on the 4th July 2020.   We are now contacting guests with bookings to stay at the Resort between 1st June and 3rd July 2020 to advise them on how to rearrange their bookings. 

I have a short break booking when the Resort is closed – what can I do? 

For guests with short breaks arriving up to and including 3rd July 2020, we have relaxed our usual terms and conditions so you can now reschedule your break to another date in the 2020 season with no additional cost.

Please login to Manage My Booking and select your new preferred date and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your booking. You will receive a new confirmation confirming your new date, once your new booking is processed. 

Please note- if you have booked a partner Hotel (an offsite hotel) most will honour the price you booked at, however, there are a small number which cannot, please follow the instructions in Manage My Booking on how to amend your break.

What about if my booking is after 3rd July 2020?

Please understand that we are prioritising guests with bookings in the next few weeks. Any short break bookings for stays beyond 3rd July 2020 will, at this time, be subject to regular terms and conditions. If you wish to move your stay, please contact our Short Breaks team using the contact information located on your booking confirmation. Please note amendments fees may occur.  

I cancelled my booking in March / April, but would like to visit later in the year – what are my options?

We’ve relaxed our booking amendment terms and conditions so you can now reactivate your booking and move it to another date later in the season, with the price frozen at the original rate.  All affected guests will receive an email from us explaining how they can do this. 

My booking is for a date after the 3rd July 2020, can I still contact you?
