I would like to cancel my Shortbreak booking.

We hope this doesn't happen, however, if you need to cancel your booking we have a couple of options for you:

Cancelling Due To Covid-19

  • If you’re needing to cancel due to Government travel restrictions, sickness or isolation due to COVID-19. You are covered under our ‘Book With Confidence Guarantee’’

  • Simply complete this short form and will we convert your booking into a monetary voucher which you can use to book a visit next year. Your voucher will then be sent to you within 24 hours. 

  • Please note, we are unable to cancel bookings within 36 hours of your check-in date,  if you’re travelling within the next 36 hours, please contact our Guest Experience Team who will let you know of the options available.

Cancelling due to other reasons: 

  • If you’re needing to cancel due to reasons which are not related to COVID-19 this must be done through our Guest Experience Team. 

  • Please note: in the event of a cancellation, we will need to speak with the lead name on the booking.

  • If you have not taken out our cancellation waiver, there will be cancellation fees which will be stated before your booking is cancelled & can be found in our terms and conditions. We cannot cancel any bookings once within 36 hours of your stay date.
