Do I need to download my tickets?

We strongly recommend downloading your E-vouchers before arrival.

  • If you have Castle tickets included in your Shortbreak, you will be able to scan your tickets via your mobile device to gain entry into Warwick Castle.
  • You will also receive a check-in voucher which you can show on your device to our Reception Team.

Why can't I download my Castle tickets into the App?

  • As you are visiting as part of a Short Break package, you will not be able to upload your Castle tickets onto the App - this is for day visitors only. Not to worry though - you are still able to use the App to plan your route round the Castle, find out about live show times, and much more!

Important information:

  • Due to the mobile reception at the Castle, we strongly recommend downloading your E-vouchers to ensure a swift entrance.
  • Please note you will receive your E-vouchers 7 days prior to your check-in date.
